Chef Doug developed his interest for cooking at an early age alongside
his mother in their
family kitchen. Soon after that he was preparing family meals and entertaining friends solo.
The young chef was well on his way to becoming a "foodie" well before it was trendy.
His passion for cooking and eating would send him on a life-long journey of
exploration through the world of culinary arts. Most of what he learned was through self
study until he
attended the Culinary Business Academy where he perfected his skills as a personal chef.
During Chef Doug's tenure as proprietor and chef for a quaint B&B, he provided his culinary
delights for various private parties, weddings, corporate dinners, romantic weekends and
holiday gatherings.
In his spare time, Chef Doug enjoys reading through various cookbooks and food journals to
remain informed on the latest in food trends and enjoys taking these new finds and incorporating
them into delicious, nutritious, preservative free meals to be enjoyed by busy people just
like you.
Chef Doug's mantra: "Eat well, Live well, Be well!"
